Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, October 7, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
NRC Restrooms Renovations located in Little Rock, AR for the Division of Building Authority. PR #6152610
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on September 30, 2026, at NRC Building, 1 Natural Resources Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (501) 372-4011. Prime Bidders will be provided with one set at no charge. Prime Bidders requiring additional sets and Sub-Bidders may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics..

A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
