The City may make multiple awards. The City reserves the right to award by line item, by group, or in the aggregate, whichever is in the City’s best interest. For any items awarded via Invitation for Bids, award by line item will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for that line, provided the bid meets all specifications and terms.
Project Description: The city of St George is requesting BIDS for wood poles. Must be Western Red Cedar or Douglas Fir with Starlock and Full Treated poles.
The City of St. George reserves the right to reject any or all SUBMISSIONS or to waive any formality or technicality in any PROPOSAL in the interest of the city.
