Project Description: The St. Louis Public Schools (SLPS) is soliciting qualifications from experienced firms to provide dedicated Owner's Representative services in support of a potential bond program associated with the April 2027 election. The selected firm will support pre-bond planning activities and, if the bond is approved, post-election implementation, oversight, coordination, reporting and closeout support. The selected Owner's Representative will serve as an advisor, coordinator and project-controls resource for SLPS.
The Owner's Representative will not be considered for design or construction services associated with bond projects and shall not provide architectural, engineering, construction or construction-manager services for the bond program.
SLPS intends this solicitation to describe the Owner's Representative services needed to support pre-bond planning and, if approved by voters, implementation of the District's 2027 bond program.
