Synopsis
|
The Scope of Work includes comprehensive restoration and rehabilitation of the historic Old Pumping Station building envelope and associated basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Work will be performed based on completed design documents and an approved permit and shall include all labor, materials, equipment, coordination, and services necessary to execute the work in accordance with the IFC documents package.
