In order to access the ITB documents, you must be registered on the Ariba Network
and have completed the Authority's supplier registration questionnaire. If you have
not already done so, you can register on the Ariba Network at any time. Registration
is free, quick, and easy. To do so follow the below steps:

http://drpa.sourcing.ariba.com/ad/selfRegistration.
After the self-registration request that you submitted is approved, you’ll receive
an email from Ariba.
After you create your username and password, please email (project owner) and
they will send you an invite to the event.
