WORK SUMMARY:
The City of Philadelphia, through the Deparment of Aviation, is seeking a qualified firm to
provide on call marketing and graphic design services, including advertising strategy, media
planning and buying, creative design, content creation, and influencer engagement, in support
of Philadelphia International Airport. The selected Applicant will serve as a strategic partner to
deliver cohesive, data-driven campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, enhance traveler
engagement, and support revenue and operational priorities.
PROPOSED COMPENSATION:
The contract will be awarded on a not-to-exceed basis of $3,000,000 annually, inclusive of all
fees and expenses, with compensation structured through a combination of retainer-based
services and approved project-specific scopes of work.
