NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Township of Franklin, County of Somerset is soliciting proposals through the competitive contracting process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1, et seq.

Sealed RFP responses will be received by the Purchasing Agent on or by September 30, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. in the Purchasing Department, Municipal Building, 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset NJ 08873 at which time and place responses will be opened and read for:

SCADA Software and System Maintenance
Contract #MC-COM-0015-26

RFPs shall be delivered in sealed envelopes and addressed to Jennifer Burns, Purchasing Agent, Purchasing Office at the Municipal Building, 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset, NJ 08873, clearly marked on the outside with the contract name and number, bearing the name and address of the bidder on the outside. Proposals may be submitted by certified mail or overnight delivery addressed to:

Specifications and instructions may be obtained on the Franklin Township website www.franklintwpnj.org. We are storing all responses electronically; therefore, submit all pages of the response on a CD or flash drive in addition to the printed copies.

* RFP Addenda will be issued on the website. Therefore, interested respondents should check the website from now through RFP opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be

knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
