Service Description: Printing, Processing, and Distribution of License Pocket Cards Procurement Method: Annual Quick Quote
1.PURPOSEThe purpose of this Scope of Work is to obtain printing and distribution services for license pocket cards issued by the Agency.The Agency requires a qualified vendor capable of printing license pocket cards for newly issued licenses throughout the year, as well as accommodating increased printing volumes during designated biennial license renewal periods.The Agency has existing approved designs for all license pocket cards. The selected vendor shall utilize these designs to produce accurate, professional-quality pocket cards containing the applicable licensee information.The Agency seeks dependable, cost-effective printing and distribution services that provide flexibility in ordering quantities and ensure timely production and delivery of license pocket cards.2.SCOPE OF SERVICESThe selected vendor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and services necessary to print, process, and distribute license pocket cards as requested by the Agency.The Agency issues four (4) Design types of license pocket cards:1.Single License Pocket Card2.Dual License Pocket Card3.Tri License Pocket Card4.Preneed Sales Agent License Pocket Card
The vendor shall be capable of producing all four license pocket card types using Agency-provided designs and licensee information. (This is still considered a single card, just 4 different designs.) Services shall include routine printing of newly issued licenses, replacement or corrected pocket cards, and bulk printing during designated renewal periods.
