Scope of work:
1.Remove and dispose of all existing shingles and related
roofing materials.
2. Inspect the exising roof deckingand verify structurally safety.
3. Install new high quality synthetic undelayment over entire roof for
moisture protection.
4. Install new shingles according to manufactures specifications.
5. Install all roofing accessories for a complet roofing sysytem.
6. Replace damaged flashing where required to ensure proper water protection.
7. Protect landscaping and surrounding property as carefully as possible.
8. Remove all roffing debris from property upon completion of job.
9. Perform a thorough cleanup of the work area, including running magnetic nail
sweepers around the property.
10.Haul away and properly dispose of all roofing materials and job site debris.
