First year valid dates: 11/1/2026-9/30/2027
DCNR intends to establish a multi-year agreement with the maximum contract term to be determined
at the time of award based on the awarded pricing and anticipated usage. The supplier shall maintain consistency in
pricing, products, services, specifications, and all contract deliverables throughout the entire term of the contract.
Under no circumstances shall the cumulative value of the agreement exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars (25,000). See boiler plate.
Contract term to not exceed 5 years and/or $25,000. To be renewed annually.

The date, time and location for the following years will be given to the vendor at least 2 months prior to the inspection date
