Items will be ordered as needed and we cannot guarantee quantity.
Vendor is to be located within 50 miles of 999 Commerce Drive, Gulf Shores, AL 36542 to alleviate the need for shipping or delivery.
Buyer will pick up MOST items with the exception on large items or large quantities.

First year valid dates are 10/1/2026-9/30/2027
DCNR intends to establish a multi-year agreement with the maximum contract term to be determined
at the time of award based on the awarded pricing and anticipated usage. The supplier shall maintain consistency in
pricing, products, services, specifications, and all contract deliverables throughout the entire term of the contract.
Under no circumstances shall the cumulative value of the agreement exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars (25,000). See boiler plate.
Contract term to not exceed 5 years and/or $25,000. To be renewed annually.
