HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for electrical maintenance and repairs at the Denton State Supported Living Center.

On-Site Visit

HHSC will conduct two mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the date and time identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this IFB) or on the date and time established in subsequent Addenda.

The on-site visit will include a review of the IFB requirements as well as a walk-through of the facility.

Attendance at one site visit is mandatory . Failure to attend in person will result in the disqualification of a Bidder. Bidders not listed on the attendance log will not be permitted to submit a Response.

Bidders must notify the on-site contact listed above regarding attendance.

Site Visit Instructions: Vendors are to check in at security gate and must have valid identification.  Maintenance personnel will meet them and guide them thru facility.
