RFP and supporting documents are attached below and located in the Trimble Unity Construct Bid Portal referenced below. There will be two separate deadlines for this project: Proposal deadline and VetHUB Subcontracting Plan Document deadline.

Proposals can be uploaded through the Trimble UnityConstruct Bid Portal until 3:00PM CT, Monday, October 5, 2026. Upload access will be denied after the submission deadline.
