Summary
The State intends to make a noncompetitive purchase with the Intended Source for consultant services supporting implementation of ND Moves Together under the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). The services shall include participant onboarding; cohort development and training; monthly cohort meetings; technical assistance site-visit documentation; participant-level data collection and reporting; preparation an presentation of program outcomes; coordination of awardee storytelling visits; and consultation supporting the Fit, Focused, Friendly media campaign.
