Brief Description: State requests proposals for final design plans for the mill and overlay and concrete pavement rehabilitation of Trunk Highway (TH) 100 in the cities of St. Louis Park, Golden Valley, Crystal, Robbinsdale, and Brooklyn Center, MN as State Project (SP) 2735-212. This project includes mill and overlay and concrete pavement rehabilitation on TH 100 between 26th St in St Louis Park and Interstate 694 in Brooklyn Center, removal of access at John Martin Dr. in Brooklyn Center, signal replacements at the intersections of the TH 100 ramps with Glenwood Ave. and Bass Lake Rd., sidewalk and curb ramp reconstruction, signing refresh and overhead sign structure replacement, and rehabilitation of 13 bridges. The goal of this project is to develop complete final construction plans, specifications, and estimates for the mill and overlay project. The outcome will be a constructable final design package that includes a staging plan that has been modeled to determine the impacts of construction on the traveling public.
