RFI: DCA Redevelopment CMAR Services NEW
Description: The Airports Authority is conducting market research to identify qualified firms, assess industry capabilities and capacity, evaluate marketplace interest, and gather information that may assist in the development of a future procurement strategy for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services. A major consideration for this requirement is the potential inclusion of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA), and the Airports Authority is seeking to specifically evaluate marketplace interest in light of this potential requirement.
The Airports Authority has initiated a long-term Capital Construction Program (CCP) at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), extending from 2025 through 2039. The CCP includes significant capital investments intended to modernize airport facilities, improve passenger experience, enhance operational efficiency, and accommodate future growth. The CCP includes several major initiatives, including Terminal 1 redevelopment, renovations and improvements to existing Terminal 1 facilities, demolition of the existing Terminal 1 "Banjo" facilities, roadway improvements, south area redevelopment and other related Program requirements.
