Project Description: The Authority is seeking sealed offers from qualified and capable firms or individuals experienced and capable of providing, supplying and installing a full turnkey new computer-controlled, double-ended (dual-cylinder), horizontal-acting type, minimum 600-Ton pressing capacity Wheel Press system with all components and tooling, specifically designed to mount components onto axles to create wheelset assemblies, and to demount components from wheelset assemblies as described in Exhibit H
