    A bidder has made the following request, and the Department has provided the
    corresponding response:
    Bidder Request: We request approval to use Thermoform as an alternative to CIPP
    lining. Thermoform is an NC DOT approved material.
    Department Response: While Thermoform is an approved product, its use will be
    limited to those work orders with scopes calling for that material. Not all work
    orders will allow its use.
    These revisions do not change bid items or the associated quantities.
    Please insert this addendum letter and any attachments into the addendum section of the
    proposal and sign the acknowledgment receipt of addendum form.
    There is no ebsx addenda file associated with this addendum.
