Upon review of the Q&A, there appears to be several discrepancies between answers provided and
contents within the RFP.

On-site vs. remote
work expectation

All roles under this RFP are expected to be
performed remotely from within the
continental United States. However, vendors
should be aware that occasional in-person
meetings or events may occur. Vendors must
be prepared to support a flexible, hybrid work
environment if needed. As stated in the Price
Schedule instructions, the submitted rates must
be fully inclusive of all costs, including any
travel. The State will not reimburse separately
for travel or other expenses. Vendors should
factor any potential travel costs into their
proposed hourly rates, while understanding
that in-person activities are expected to be
minimal and infrequent.
