Project Description: The purpose of this project is to evaluate CPS benefit plan administration performance and included the following components:
A medical claim audit ♣ An operations review ♣ An appeals audit ♣ A customer service audit The primary objective of the audit is to estimate, with a high degree of statistical significance, the accuracy of claims processed by all vendors relating to CPS accounts.
