Historically, ATB has maintained a prequalified vendor group for a maximum of a three (3) year term which were then engaged via the simplified RFP (S-RFP) process. As we look forward, ATB has made the decision to transition to a standard RFP, resulting in direct awards allowing for stronger partnerships and a deeper understanding of ATB’s needs. Awarded Proponent(s) will become the primary partner(s) for executive search mandates within these specific categories. ATB anticipates issuing subsequent RFP’s for executive recruiting services in other specialized categories following the completion of this RFP.
The awarded Proponent(s) are expected to have a high level of expertise in the applicable category within Canada, as described in the RFP and must be dedicated to providing the level of care expected by both executive candidates and ATB.
