Project Description: The Incorporated County of Los Alamos (“County”) is requesting Proposals from qualified and experienced firms to operate and staff two (2) Senior Citizen Centers, one in Los Alamos, New Mexico and one in White Rock, New Mexico, and provide home-based services for older and frail adults. Services shall include congregate and home-delivered meals, transportation services, educational and social programs, entertainment, volunteer opportunities, adult day care, respite care, home-based care, and care coordination.
