Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Construct new committal shelter. Construction materials will be primarily concrete block and steel framing. Shelter is purposed to provide protection from the elements during a graveside service. Will include some electrical work and minor impacts to the existing landscaping & irrigation.
Construction Cost Estimate: $765,000.00
