Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing

The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide parts, maintenance, support, and installation of equipment and service for the BD Pyxis Medication Dispensing System.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code
Length of Contract: Five Years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for One Year.
