Project Description: The WORK includes repairing waterstop joints that show failure or cracking by removing the damaged sections of concrete and installing new waterstop, rebar, and concrete to the patch area.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on site at the Upper PI Pond located near 4150 W Timpanogos Highway, Highland, UT, 84003. The pre-bid meeting will be on Tuesday September 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM. In the event of inclement weather, a message will be posted to the bid page moving the pre-bid conference to the Public Works Building at 275 E 200 N American Fork, UT 84003. The purpose of this conference will be to discuss questions bidders may have on the project and clarify the intent of the plans and specifications.
Bids for this project will be received electronically through the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P)/Bonfire website until Monday, October 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be privately opened and read. The City Council Acceptance of Award will be issued on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
