Project Description: Grand County (Utah) is seeking proposals for the following:
-Update land guide value for all commercially zoned properties
- Audit all properties with commercial improvements providing 2025 values based on updated land values and updated Marshall & Swift cost factors
- Inspection and detailed review of all new growth properties and audits for existing parcels with new construction permits or partially completed on the 2024 lien date
- Detailed review of 100 new nightly rental properties
