Project Description: The Redevelopment Agency of Murray City (“RDA”) is soliciting proposals from qualified developers(“Proposers”) for the redevelopment of approximately 5.98 acres located at 5025 South State Street in Murray, Utah.
The RDA seeks a privately owned mixed-use development that includes meaningful commercial activity along State Street and supports economic redevelopment objectives within Murray’s City Center.
This is a qualifications and concept-based solicitation. The selected proposer will be invited to enter negotiations toward redevelopment and disposition agreements subject to RDA Board approval.
