Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS, Department) and the Division of Facilities and Construction Management (DFCM).
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: The awarded contractor will be required to operate and manage the childcare center (Center) at the Cannon Building
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: Five Years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for One Year.
