Summary

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce ("DEW") seeks a qualified Contractor to develop a digital guidebook , training course, credential requirements, and end-of-course assessment. This work is focuses on work-force related data sources to support education decision makers in areas such as college and career exploration, work-based learning, and career-technical education. Developed content will be owned by DEW and hosted within the statewide learning management system.

Formatting Requirements.

  1. Title technical proposals: SRC367926-Technical Proposal (Contractor Name)
  2. Pages must be numbered
  3. Resumes must be included as part of the technical proposal and not separate attachments
  4. Cost proposals must be submitted as a separate document in the financial envelope only, inclusion of the cost in the technical proposal may lead to disqualification
  5. Include a completed copy of the “Offeror Acknowledgements” and Current Agreements Disclosure” forms in the final submission (whether technical questionnaire, technical proposal, or both).
