The Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to provide graphic design, layout, and related creative services for the development of its annual report, anticipated to be approximately 32 pages. Using final written copy, photographs, branding assets, and other materials provided by the Authority, the contractor will be responsible for concept development, report design and layout, creation of supporting graphics, incorporation of review comments, and preparation of final files for digital publication and print production.

The Ohio Air Quality Development Authority (the Authority) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for Annual Report Graphic Design Services. If you wish to submit a response to this RFP, please observe the following requirements:
1. The response must provide the information requested (see Information to be provided). Responses to the RFP are limited to 20 pages, not including the cover page, table of contents, or exhibits. The Authority may request more detailed information regarding any proposal submitted.
2. Your proposal must be delivered to the Authority via email to info@aqda.ohio.gov (ATTN: Annual Report Graphic Design Services), by 12:00 pm (ET), on November 30, 2026.
3. The Authority will entertain written requests for additional information in connection with this RFP. Any such request should be sent by e-mail and directed to:

Any responses to requests for additional information will be posted on the Authority’s website (www.ohioairquality.ohio.gov) by the close of business on November 20, 2026. The Authority will respond only to requests seeking specific information regarding the RFP. The Authority will not respond to requests seeking an indication of the Authority's preferences or intentions. In addition, the Authority reserves the discretion to decline to respond to any request.
