Project Description: The City of Victoria is seeking proposals from qualified proponents for the construction of two fenced leash optional areas (LOAS) with supporting amenities at Topaz Park and Harris Green Park in Victoria, BC. The selected Proponent will be responsible for supplying and installing the labour and materials required to complete all aspects of the work as detailed in the drawing and specification packages to complete both LOAS.
