Project Description: The work includes, but is not limited to interior and exterior renovations, including the following:
a. Selective demolition at existing school buildings.
b. Interior finish replacement.
c. HVAC roof equipment curb replacement.
d. Toilet room renovations include new plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, toilet accessories and finishes.
e. Toilet room modification include wall relocation, concrete slab replacement, ceilings, plumbing fixtures and piping, toilet partitions, toilet accessories and finishes.
f. Roofing replacement.
g. Exterior electrical power receptacle replacement.
h. Bid Alternate to add a new security vestibule
