Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors to provide bids for Preventative Maintenance Testing/Inspection and Emergency Repairs of Low/Medium Voltage Equipment. Please refer to

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST via Microsoft Teams . You must be registered as a vendor in OpenGov to access the Microsoft Teams meeting link, or contact the buyer, Laura Shug at:

Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 529 633 251# to be conferenced in.
Site Visits: There will be a non-mandatory site visit at both the New Design Road Water Treatment Plant (850 New Design Road, Tuscarora, Maryland 21790) and the Ballenger-McKinney Wastewater Treatment Plant (4549 Metropolitan Court, Frederick, Maryland 21704) on November 19, 2026 at 9:00 am.
The site visit will begin at the New Design Road Water Treatment Plant and after that's complete the site visit will take place at Ballenger-McKinney Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Due Date: December 16, 2026, by 3:00 PM EST Bids must be submitted electronically through OpenGov.
