Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for Countywide Multi-Hazard Environmental Monitoring and Decision ‑ Support System . Please refer to RFP #27-150 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Mandatory Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on October 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST .  You must be registered as a vendor in OpenGov to access the Microsoft Teams meeting link, or contact the buyer, Sandra Grello, at SGrello@Frederickcountymd.gov Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID: 739 399 126# and you will be conferenced in.

Site Visit: A Mandatory Site Visit will be held on October 19, 2026, at 9:00 am , local time at Public Safety Training Facility (PSTF) located at 5370 Public Safety Place, Frederick, Maryland, 21704.

Due Date: November 4, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST. Proposals must be submitted electronically via OpenGov.
Proposals will be opened virtually via Microsoft Teams.  No late proposals will be accepted.
