A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference (Non-Mandatory) will be held on September 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST via Microsoft Teams .  You must be registered as a vendor in OpenGov to access the Microsoft Teams meeting link, or contact the buyer, Cyré Scurry @ Cscurry1@frederickcountymd.gov

Due Date: October 08, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST Bids must be submitted electronically through OpenGov.
Bids will be opened via Microsoft Teams.
