Project Description: This project includes pavement rehabilitation and replacement along Avenue B from 1st Street to 16th Street. Work may include milling, resurfacing, base repair, and associated improvements necessary to support safe and efficient use of the roadway. Additional improvements such as sidewalk ramp upgrades, drainage enhancements, and coordination with utility infrastructure may be included as identified during project scoping.
