This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified organizations to provide a Prescription Safety Eyewear Program to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The award period shall commence from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027 with up to four (4) additional one-year periods. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS (powered by MOVERS), by mail through USPS, UPS or FEDEX. If the Bidder intends to submit a hard copy bid, the Bidder must notify the buyer of record (Lori.Tackett@modot.mo.gov) within five (5) days before the IFB closing date.
