A Pre-Bid Conference will be held June 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM, on site, at the Consortium Library Room 101, 3211 Providence Drive, Anchorage, AK  99508.

Scope of Work:
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment for renovation of Hugh McPeck Gallery located at the Consortium Library in accordance with construction drawings by NorthForm Architecture dated May 20, 2026.

Specified Dates are as follows:

Pre-Bid Conference: June 4, 2026 11:00AM
Alternate Brand Requests Due: June 4, 2026 2:00PM
Questions Due: June 5, 2026 2:00PM
Quotes Due: June 11, 2026 2:00PM

Should your quote be accepted, work is to start upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and be diligently prosecuted to completion by August 21, 2026
