Informal Request for Proposal 20260500-01 - DEED Cost Model Update

The Department of Education and Early Development, Division of School Finance and Facilities, is seeking professional services to annually update the Program Demand Cost Model for Alaskan Schools, including current construction costs, escalation factors, supporting calculations, spreadsheets, instructions, and related documentation. In the first year of the contract, the contractor will also complete an updated Geographic Area Cost Factor assessment to reflect current construction conditions and cost differences throughout Alaska.
