The Cheyenne Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a study for the Southeast MPO Future Road Network Study in the southeast Cheyenne MPO area of Cheyenne, Wyoming. The study will evaluate the future multimodal transportation network that supports planned growth, freight mobility, regional connectivity, the long-term transportation system, and planning-level cost estimates. Proposals must be received by 3:30 PM (MT) on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at the Cheyenne MPO, 2101 O'Neil Avenue, Room 304, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
