The City of Charleston is soliciting Expressions of Interest (“EOI” or “Proposals”) from qualified firms to provide Architectural and Engineering (“A/E”) services for a comprehensive facilities assessment of GoMart Ballpark Stadium. Located at 601 Morris Street, Charleston, WV 25301.

All Responses must be submitted in electronic PDF format.

Responses must be transmitted according to established deadlines listed in Section Five of this EOI (July 24, 2026 at 1pm) to the City of Charleston’s Purchasing Coordinator, by emailing bids@cityofcharleston.org.

Responses exceeding 15 MB in size should be sent to the Purchasing Coordinator via a secure, sharable link. (Examples: SharePoint, OneDrive, or Dropbox)
