Bid Synopsis:

The County of Kenosha, WI is seeking qualified providers to deliver the Intensive Supervision Youth Competency Program. The Intensive Supervision Youth Competency Program is designed to address the needs of youth adjudicated by juvenile court, whose behavior puts them at risk for an out-of-home placement. This program uses the concepts of positive youth development to provide services to help youth successfully complete their supervision, commit no new delinquent acts, improve decision making, and assist parents in establishing clear, consistent rules and age-appropriate expectations. The program focuses on behavior change through teaching skills and addressing needs and provides skill-building activities to reduce recidivism.
