Overview. The Sauk County Administration Department, on behalf of the Tri-County Airport Commission, is seeking requests for proposals for building repairs of the terminal building located at the Tri-County Airport. The building in need of repairs is located at E2525 County Highway JJ, Spring Green, WI 53588.

Specifications. Specifications are listed below.

• Task 1: Roof replacement

o There are three roof lines and 1 that is standing seam metal. Replace all three roofs to cam metal. Color to be picked by owner prior to ordering.

• Task 2: Remove the existing soffit and facia and replace new aluminum vented soffit and fascia add a new eaves and downspout system.

• Task 3: Remove and replace the T1-11 wood siding and replace with metal (or vinyl) on all the walls.

o Verify if there are insulation issues that need to be addressed prior to the replacement of the siding.

o Color to be picked by owner prior to ordering

• Task 4: Remove and replace all the windows with energy-efficient new construction windows.

o White windows are preferred.

• All building code requirements shall be met.

Mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit - Monday, June 15 at 10:00 am at the Tri-County Airport Terminal Building located at E2525 County Highway JJ Spring Green, WI
