Project Description: Vendor Service Contract for IT Professional Services , on an as needed basis, for a contract term of three (3) years from date of award with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. The City of Milwaukee operates a diverse array of technology systems that support departmental functions, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), geographic information systems (GIS), application development, network infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions. These systems require continuous maintenance, enhancement, integration, and technical support to ensure effective and reliable operations.
Bidders must submit their hourly rates for the services they wish to provide and for which they are fully qualified. They may submit only one rate per service; however, rates may vary across different services for which they submit bids. Multiple vendors may be selected for services across Group 1.0: Application Development; Group 2.0: ERP Development and Support; Group 3.0: Geographic Information System (GIS); Group 4.0: Mainframe Operations and Support; and Group 5.0: Workday Systems.
