Project Description: Fort Bend County, Texas (hereafter referred to as the “County”) seeks Proposals (“Proposals or RFP”) for selection of a Contractor (“Respondent”) to provide a live, on-demand online homework help service available seven (7) days a week for students in grades K–12, including AP and introductory college subjects, in Fort Bend County, Texas.
