RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS
The City of Sevierville, Tennessee (herein called the “Owner”) invites proposals, on the form attached hereto, for providing certain golf equipment for the Sevierville Golf Club. The Owner will receive sealed proposals until November 16, 2026 at 5 PM (EST), at Sevierville City Hall, Administration, 120 Gary Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, TN 37862. Proposals received after the above specified time, postmarks notwithstanding, shall be rejected. Proposals will then be PUBLICLY OPENED AND READ ALOUD on November 19, 2026, at 2 PM (EST) at Sevierville City Hall, Administration, 120 Gary Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, TN. All submitting proposers are welcome and encouraged to attend the Public Opening.
All Proposals submitted must be Sealed and on the proper forms furnished by the City of Sevierville. Specifications and Proposal forms may be obtained at Sevierville City Hall, 120 Gary Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, TN or on our website at
www.seviervilletn.org
. Proposers must submit Original and 2 copies of the proposal.
Envelopes, Fed Ex, or UPS packages containing the proposal must be sealed and bear the following information on the outside of the packaging:

The Owner may consider informal any proposal not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions thereof, and may waive any informality or reject any and all proposals. Any proposal received after the time and date specified as the deadline shall not be considered.
