Description: |
The purpose of the Fuels, Tank Wagon Delivery ITQ is to qualify responsible and responsive Contractors to provide tank wagon delivery (under 5,000 gallons per delivery) of various liquid fuel types including but not limited to, heating oil, unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, and biofuels to agency locations throughout the Commonwealth. In addition, Local Public Procurement Units, as defined by the Commonwealth Procurement Code, may use this contract in accordance with the COSTARS Provision contained within this document.

If you are already registered as a qualified Supplier on the existing Fuels, Tank Wagon ITQ 4400011997, you can use your current PA JAGGAER Portal registration and update it by adding the new 620-series Commodity Codes. It is recommended not to create an additional JAGGAER Portal account. First, suppliers must register as a Procurement Vendor with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and receive a six-digit vendor number if never having done business with the Commonwealth previously. Suppliers will register in the PA Supplier Portal at click here . Lastly, suppliers are required to create a user profile within our PA JAGGAER Portal to complete qualification requirements.
