Project Description: Online Sealed Bids will be received by the LEHIGH COUNTY AUTHORITY via the PennBid Program until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on Friday, October 16, 2026. All bids will be publicly opened online and posted. The project is titled “Main Pump House and Dewatering Improvements” and will consist of four contracts:

Plumbing Construction Bid No. 50661P

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM prevailing time on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at the Kline’s Island Wastewater Treatment Plant, Training Room located at 112 Union Street, Allentown, PA 18102. Bids from parties not present at the pre-bid conference and site visit will not be accepted.
Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form) or certified check for ten percent of the Bid total.
It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidder shall have a minimum of (5) years’ experience and at least (10) completed projects of similar nature to the Work required by this Project.
