Project Description: The City of Easton is seeking bids for repairs to the historic Hooper House in the historic district in downtown Easton.
Work generally includes roof replacement and related structural repairs, new gutters and downspouts, limited masonry repointing, vegetation removal, repair or replacement of deteriorated exterior wood components, and installation of plywood panels at designated openings. Additional façade repairs may be completed as alternate work.
The City of Easton has the right to refuse bids for any reason.
