Project Description: PUBLIC NOTICE - NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of New Hope Borough, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, will be accepting sealed Proposals via PennBid for a Borough-wide Traffic Study until Monday, August 3, 2026 at 11 AM. Traffic study documents can be found at PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Questions regarding the Study must be submitted via PennBid by not later than Monday, July 27, 2026 at 11 AM. Submission of a question does not guarantee that it will be answered. Proposals will be considered by Borough Council at a subsequent and duly advertised public meeting.
